[h2]I'm excited to announce that The Last Explorer now works on the Steam Deck![/h2]

I made some changes to the default controller button mapping and graphics settings, if you've played the game before and want to play on Steam Deck please go into
[b]Options > Controls > Back to default[/b]
[b]Options > Graphics > Back to default[/b]
[h3][b]Most important Steam deck related changes:[/b][/h3]
• Improved performance
• Improved shadows on low end hardware
• Made the game detect when the player is on Steam Deck
• Added graphics preset for Steam Deck
• Much better default controller mapping
• Better menu navigation with controller
[h3]Known issue[/h3]
The studio logo doesn't play properly on the Steam Deck, I am working on a fix asap but meanwhile it shouldn't affect the game in any way (if you find any other issues please let me know!)
[h3]Steam Deck graphics preset[/h3]
The default Steam Deck graphics settings (although perfectly playable in my experience) focus on getting good looking results more than high framerates, this is due to the nature of the game. If you'd like higher framerates, feel free to tweak the graphics settings to your liking!
