Charitable donations from a GoFundMe organised by friends in the Skyrim modding community have allowed mod maker Justin Schroeder to undergo two lifesaving surgical procedures - an astonishing act of collective compassion. The fundraiser is still live for those who'd like to help him get back on his feet after weeks of missing work. The target is just under $7,000.
