It allows you to report violations of the rules in chat. All you have to do is click on the sender's nickname, and select the "Report" button. Complaints are sent to our technical support department, where they are reviewed by an army of cloned moderators. Depending on the seriousness and number of violations, player can get a chat mute for a period between 1 hour and 180 days. Also, a function to block messages from a certain player in chat has been added. It is located right below the report button.
