1.0.2 - Multiplayer bugfixes

Here comes the first round of bugfixes, as always, let me know if you've discovered anything working improperly, or if something simply isn't player-friendly!

[*] Fixed a bug making multiplayer clients unable to use the Boneyard Shop on some hardware/devices
[*] Made the falling trap not break if skeletons jump down it in a certain order.
[*] Changed relic prices.
