For those who experienced subscription issues in our launch week, or may have hesitated to be an early adopter...we're happy to say some our most common issues have been addressed. [b]All incidents of suspended accounts after cancelling payment have been resolved as of June 12[/b]. We see zero users with a suspended status. For users who saw double billings using Steam Wallet, we worked with Valve and they have informed us the bug was fixed and [b]refunds were issued the morning of June 12[/b]. You should already see a refund for the erroneous payment to your account (your banking situation may vary).
