Welcome to the Rise and Shine update! It's a dark and stormy night, or a sunny day, or a snow day, or night or any time. Pick your time of day and weather to help set the mood. Patch details below:
Note: It's highly recomended to reset all of the saves for any creative maps that you are working on. If not, it can result in odd behavior.
• Players can now change time of day and have the time change in real time. Saved per map.
• Players can now change the weather with presets per map. Saved per map.
• Players can select random weather that changes every 15-30 minutes. Saved per map.
• Added musical instruments.
• Various accessories.
• Acoustic and electric guitars.
• Keyboards.
• Violins and double bass'.
• Saxaphones.

• Added new chairs.
• Separated out the chairs category into sub-categories.

• Added new rugs.
• Updates to the creative maps to support the weather update.
• Patio lights (except for any with a movement sensor) will turn on at 8pm and off at 7am.
• Added environmental sounds.
• Birds will start in the morning and stop at dusk.
• Crickets will start at dusk and stop at dawn.
• Birds and crickets will stop on certain inclement weathers.
• Added a 5th creative map to have fun in. It's a big one with lots of space inside and out.
• Removed shutters from the 4th creative house. After some discussion, we realized they didn't fit the look of the house.
• Some athletic equipment resized as they were a bit too big.
• Updated some paintings and wall items that were'nt alighning with walls quite right.
• Updated the standing/hanging kitchen cabinets to be easier to place. Will add snapping in a future patch.
• Removed some items from the tool bar as they were not necessary.
• Updated the static meshes for some tools.
• Added FSR as an upscaling option in video settings.
• Added Anti-Aliasing options including Anti-Aliasing quality setting.
• Fixed window glass that had a really high refraction index that made it look odd at high angles.
• Various small tweaks and fixes.
Current known issues:
Unfortunately we've had to remove the skylites for the time being as rain and sknow will fall through them if it's raining or snowing. This is a known issue and we will try and resolve this in the future.
If Fog is dense enough it will be seen inside a house. This is a known issue and we will try and resolve this in the future.
A few wall pieces will color both sides when painted. This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future update.
Trim on walls when painted will paint all trim. This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future update.
Two lights are non-interactive when they should be interactive. This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future update.
There are sloped ceiling sections that will not paint. This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future update.
Wall trim will paint both sides of a wall. This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future update.
Lumen has some issues with shadows (Lumen crawl). This is a known issue with Unreal Engine currently.
