[*] Bra'Telu's (Elf Hero) Ranged reduced by 1 (3 now, previous 4) and damage increased by 25%
[*] Town Max Resource Capacity increased by 50 (400 now, previous 350)
[*] Town minimum distance to closest town requirement reduced by 1 (3 now, previous 4)
