It looks like PUBG might be back in business. The squad-based shooter largely responsible for launching battle royale games into the popularity stratosphere, Battlegrounds has faced stiff competition in recent years owing to the likes of Fortnite and Call of Duty Warzone. The new PUBG patch 23.2 however could mark a return to form, with Krafton's tentpole multiplayer game currently surging on Steam, and ranking just below top dog CSGO.
