Hey everyone! Hope all is well! Ouros is releasing in two weeks! [b]May 22nd 2024[/b]! I've been working hard to get it across the finish line and have a couple of announcements to share. [h1]Steam Deck Support[/h1] [b]Ouros is supported on Steam Deck![/b] I'm excited to announce that Ouros works great on Steam Deck! I've been working hard on getting it to work seamlessly, and am very happy with how it controls. You'll be able to play on Steam Deck in 3 different ways: [olist] [*] Ouros will have [b]multi-touch support[/b] for Steam Deck. Multi-Touch works especially well on the new Steam Deck OLED! [*] You'll be to use the [b]Right Trackpad[/b] to emulate the mouse cursor (click and drag with trackpad click or R2). [*] You'll also be able to use the [b]Left Joystick[/b] to emulate the mouse cursor (click and drag with the A button).[/olist] You can even combine control schemes! For example you can use the right trackpad to drag one point, and use touch to drag another. Here's a video of multi-touch! Ouros runs at a buttery smooth 90 fps on the new Steam Deck OLED model, and 60 fps on the older LCD model. If playing on the Steam Deck, be sure to use the Official Controller Layout. [h1]Demo Ends May 15th[/h1] [b]The Ouros Demo will remain available until Wednesday, May 15th.[/b] I hope you've all enjoyed the demo.
