This update shouldn't change much, despite the size. It mainly addresses the still rare issue of stat/skill/resistance bonuses or penalties not wearing off correctly, and also hopefully fixes the dev fix function at the cheat vendor in town (usable by typing in ".devfix.resetstats" into the cheat window). Additionally, this update adds much more detail to the combat log when an effect wears off. You'll notice this in combat of course but it can also be seen outside of combat by opening the log in the notes menu. The purpose of this is to help me narrow down why exactly this stat/skill/resistance bug happens, if it happens again, so if anybody does experience an issue where those values are much, much lower or higher than they should be (even after considering equipment bonuses) please let me know in as much detail as you can what may have happened.
