[/list] Greetings Treasure Hunters! We’re here to shed some light on the current situation with our Online Servers in China Region. As we have noticed that a lot of the players are still experiencing disconnection issues and high ping. We’ve been trying our best to fix the situation with our current server provided but unfortunately all the hours we spent on mitigating the damage didn’t bring us any closer to a feasible solution for the current problem. So we decided to switch to a better and more stable server company. We already ran some beta tests for connection among some of the players to ensure that the move to new servers won’t encounter the same issues. The problem with getting new servers is that the transfer will take 4 to 6 weeks. We are trying our best to speed up the process and minimize the migration time. Now some of you are asking why don’t we just roll back to the old P2P model we used before. As mentioned in the previous news post we have added a separate legacy branch of the game on Steam that has the P2P format for online co-op. You can find the instructions on how to access it here: http://anotherindie.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/How_to_activate_P2P_EN.pdf The reason why we are still so adamant on getting the server based multiplayer working is that our goal is to have 4 player online Arena Mode and possibly 4 player co-op as well. And to make that happen we need the dedicated servers. Our apologies again for the issues, we will keep working hard to speed up the process as much as we can. Yours, Hunter Studio and Another Indie
