Patch v1.2 - Fast Travel, Difficulty Setting, Map QoL improvements, Bug Fixes!

This is a doozy of a patch, but I've listened to the feedback and improved what makes sense for the game.
- Add Genuine Fast Travel! Should be backwards compatible with save files. If you've saved at a save portal that has been converted into a Fast Travel Portal, it will be activated
- Added a crude difficulty setting selection in the game settings that can be changed at any time.
- At the moment it only affects Damage taken and damage given by attacks, and the frequency of enemy attacks, iron loss penalty on death.
- More robust changes based on difficulty setting to come!
- Added "Snap to Player" Map button
- Fix resolution and window saving issue!
- Open map with a single button click! On gamepad, press in the left joystick. On Keyboard, press R
- Note: Control mapping not updated in player menu.
- Add invincibility when in dialogue
- Added Spikes to Emerald Boss room and Fix Explosion Damage having no time-between-damage threshold causing massive player damage.
- Added dialogue with CPU giving canon explanation for Save Portal costs and adding Fast Travel Portal explanation.
- Move Level Label UI to further layer so enemies are not hidden on new area load
- Typo: skelton -> skeleton in health tank pickup
