Screen appears washed out (browser version displays correctly)
This issue seems to occur due to the behavior of GPU drivers in some Windows environments. We are receiving support from the creator of Pyxel (the game engine we are using), but the exact cause is still unknown. However, updating the GPU driver (graphics driver) may resolve the issue. (You can find helpful articles by searching for "update GPU driver.")
Error on SteamDeck
SteamDeck is not officially supported at the moment, but it seems that some users can play without issues while others cannot. We attempted to stabilize it with version 20241012, but due to an error, this failed. We plan to resolve the issue in the next update. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience.
How to exit the game from the gameplay screen
For keyboard users: Press Esc + 1 key For gamepad users: Hold the Y button for 2 seconds This will perform a soft reset. You can press the Esc key or Y button on the title screen to display the controls guide, but this is easy to miss. We plan to address this in a future update by allowing users to return to the title from the menu screen.
Gamepad not working
This issue is dependent on Pyxel (the game engine we are using), and a solution is not immediately available. In the meantime, you can only play with a keyboard. If you provide the model number of the gamepad you're using, we can share the information for troubleshooting.
Can save data be transferred between devices?
Yes, it can. However, for now, please contact us individually via email or X. In the future, we are considering adding server save/load features to make the process seamless within the game.
