[*] Fremen dev "Stalwart Alliance" adds effect: Allied Sietches Militia have +50% Life
[*] Fremen dev "Desert Watchers" adds effect: Fremen units also gain stealth near Allied sietches
[*] Militia and raids from allied sietch are considered as allies and can't be targeted nor attacked
[*] When neural nodes have the ability to attack, Ornithopters will try to avoid them as they do with missile turrets
