Howdy folks! We are excited to add Otto to the Cowboy 3030 roster! Otto is our full-auto specialist who uses a variety of automatic guns ranging from a light machine gun to a FAMAS. His active abilities are the Frost Bomb and Quick Reload. Otto stands out from other characters with his potentially highest DPS, though his bullets are harder to land as you have to lead the shots.
