While some creatures down here are horrifying, others are beautiful, such as the Comb Jellies! Comb Jellies are members of the Ctenophores (pronounced "Ten-oh-fours"). Comb jellies propel themselves through the water using hundreds of hair-like cilia, which generate a stunning lightshow of color! The process I used to make Comb Jellies was hard to grasp at first, but by using a panner-motion on a still image I was able to generate the desired light effect.
