warzone-2-season-3-spawn-protection-removed-temporary-900x506.jpg

We know we're starting to sound a little like a broken record, but Call of Duty players have discovered a game-breaking bug in Warzone 2 following another major update - so, Raven Software has had to disable a key feature for this battle royale while it fixes it. This time around, it looks like FPS players jumping into this battle royale after the Season 3 update were met with a 'God Mode' exploit where certain players seemingly had an indefinite access to spawn protection priviliges in-game. So, Raven Software has opted to completely disable spawn protection features while it addresses the issue - and, quite a few players are calling for this feature to be removed permanently.

If you're wondering what has sparked the disabling of spawn protection features, all you need to do is check out this short gameplay clip from Call of Duty content creator 'Speros_OG' - although, it's frustrating to watch. In the short gameplay clip, we see Speros up against a player that's clearly invulnerable - despite registering hitmarkers - before dying.

This isn't the first time we've seen a 'God Mode' exploit in a Call of Duty game, but this seems more tangible than the last - and, it looks like Raven Software were quick to confirm to Speros (and the rest of us) that it believes spawn protection features are at fault.
