Just discovered that quake has a really bizarre bug that makes fish count as 2 enemies, so the level had 51 enemies but the fish counted as 2, but when you killed the fish it only counts as one lmao. Will have to mess with some QuakeC for the first time in the development to fix this properly without messing with the naming of everything in the game, so, I removed the fish maybe for some temporary time to fix this, in the future after messing with the quakec code to fix this it'll come back.
