The tournament will be open to the [b]top 8 Crystal League teams[/b] of the season, based on the following: [list] [*]Number of Level 9 wins[/*] [*]Number of Level 8 wins[/*] [*]Number of Level 7 wins[/*] [*]etc.[/*][/list]This time around, matches will be [b]hard-capped[/b] instead of soft-capped to limit the overall regear costs to teams.
